Return policy

RETURNS
You may return unused items only, as long as they are in their original condition with their stickers intact.

Cases are considered part of the product and should be returned together with the glasses.

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Shipping costs will be charged to you, unless the item you have purchased is defective.

The color difference between the product and the picture in our site is not considered as a fault and may be due to the light conditions during shooting or due the brightness of your screen.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer has the right, within 14 days from the day he/she received the product, to cancel his/he purchase. This can be arranged by sending his cancelling statement to the OpticCulture through fax (+30 210 3803616) or email (info@opticculture.com). Customer is however obliged to cover the return cost of the product to the OpticCulture shop at 49 Themistokleous str., Exarchia49, Greece.

In this case, the OpticCulture will debit the money to the bank account indicated by the buyer on the cancelling statement within 14 days.

For the valid cancellation of the purchase, the buyer is obliged to return the product to the OpticCulture at its initial packaging and condition.
